Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email us at support@relisora.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect

Our support team will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted on eligible items when the product is:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, manuals and included parts
- Returned within 30 days of delivery

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@relisora.com.au with photos and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once opened or used. This may include items that come into direct contact with the body, personal care items, compression wear, wearable supports and similar products.

Gift cards are not returnable.

Massage Chairs and Large Items

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for massage chairs or large bulky items unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Please review product dimensions, delivery details and product information carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make funds available.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe or does not meet consumer guarantees.
