Relisora offers free standard shipping within Australia.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Australia is generally 5–9 business days after dispatch.

Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on warehouse location, courier network conditions, public holidays, regional delivery areas or temporary logistics delays.

Fulfilment Locations

To provide a wider product range and keep pricing accessible, some orders may be shipped from Australian or international fulfilment partners. The estimated delivery timeframe shown above already allows for this.

Split Shipments

If your order contains more than one item, your items may arrive in separate parcels. This does not mean anything is missing. You will receive tracking updates where available.

Tracking

When tracking is available, all tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the courier receives the parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@relisora.com.au. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@relisora.com.au with your order number and we will help investigate.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, your local post office or the courier. We will assist where possible, but delivery outcomes may depend on courier investigation results.
